Conveyor Belting System
NRC Belting have been
manufacturing cable belting for over 15 years and have supplied
hundreds of kilometers without any being returned.
This is a long-distance
conveyor belting system which enables high capacity, overland
transportation of materials. It is also used as a main drift or
incline conveyor when low power consumption is desirable. Capacities
range up to
5000 tons per hour with distances of over
30 kilometers possible.
This steel reinforced
conveyor belt is not tensioned but is supported upon driven cables.
The belt is designed to deflect under load thus reducing spillage
and increasing carrying capacity. All belts are dynamically tested
under load.
The global supply includes Canada, Venezuela, Jamaica, the United Kingdom, Botswana and South Africa.

Moulding
NRC Belting produces both metric and imperial size sheets. Using a
highly specialised moulding operation these sheets have either a
moulded or a plain finish.
A variety of customer specific heels and unit soles are moulded from
the highest grade of compound.
